Terms & Conditions
Effective from 24 June 2026
This is a courtesy translation. The relationship is governed by Czech law and the Czech version of these terms is legally binding.
1. Introduction and seller identification
These terms govern the rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer (consumer) in the sale of personalized 3D-printed models and related services offered under the wherewestood brand via this website and e-mail communication.
Seller: Lukáš Gregor
Business ID (IČO): 10694340
Registered address: Karla Čapka 1303, 356 01 Sokolov, Czech Republic
Self-employed person registered in the Czech Trade Register, not registered in the
Commercial Register.
Contact e-mail: lukas@gregorlukas.cz
The seller is not a VAT payer (prices are final unless the seller becomes a VAT payer). Matters not covered here are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (Civil Code) and Act No. 634/1992 Coll. (Consumer Protection Act).
2. Order and conclusion of the contract
Every model is made to order based on the buyer's specification. Prices shown on the website are indicative. The process is as follows:
- the buyer sends an inquiry via the contact form or e-mail (peak/place, finish, size, optionally a GPX route);
- the seller sends a non-binding price quote and a visual preview of the model;
- the contract is concluded when the buyer confirms the quote (price, finish and preview) by e-mail and pays the price under section 3.
3. Price and payment
The price is set by an individual quote depending on the chosen finish and size. Shipping is added to the price of the model and is paid by the buyer.
Payment is made upfront by bank transfer to the seller's account based on the confirmed order, due to the custom (personalized) nature of the production. Production starts once the payment is received.
4. Delivery
The delivery time is agreed individually depending on the complexity of the order and is communicated to the buyer in the quote. Goods are shipped by a carrier to the address provided by the buyer; shipping costs are paid by the buyer and form part of the total amount due.
5. Withdrawal from the contract
The buyer acknowledges that under Section 1837(d) of the Czech Civil Code, it is not possible to withdraw from a contract for goods made to the consumer's requirements or personalized for them. As the models are made to order based on the buyer's specification, the buyer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. This does not affect the rights from defective performance under section 6.
6. Defective performance and complaints
Rights and obligations regarding defective performance are governed by the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act. The buyer may file a complaint within the statutory period by e-mail at lukas@gregorlukas.cz with a description of the defect and a photo. The seller will handle the complaint without undue delay, no later than 30 days. Minor variations in color and surface texture resulting from the nature of 3D printing and from real elevation data are not defects.
7. Out-of-court dispute resolution
The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) is competent for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. Consumers may also use the online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
8. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in a separate document: Privacy Policy.
9. Final provisions
These terms are effective from 24 June 2026. The seller may amend them; for a specific order, the version effective at the time of its confirmation applies. The contract is governed by the law of the Czech Republic; in case of any conflict between language versions, the Czech version prevails.
