Privacy Policy

Effective from 24 June 2026

This policy describes how personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on personal data processing.

2. What data we process

• Contact form data: name (if provided), e-mail address and the message content.
• Order fulfilment data: name and surname, delivery address, e-mail, optionally phone, and payment details (sender's account number).
• Files uploaded by the buyer: GPX route and other materials for producing the model.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• handling the inquiry and communication — steps prior to entering into a contract at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• conclusion and performance of the purchase contract — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• accounting and tax obligations — compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
• defence of legal claims, if any — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Retention period

Inquiry data that does not lead to an order is kept for up to 12 months. Data related to a concluded contract and the related documents are kept for the period required by law (in particular, accounting and tax documents for up to 10 years).

5. Recipients and processors

Personal data may be shared, only to the extent necessary, with the following categories of recipients:

• the hosting and web application provider;
• the e-mail service provider delivering messages from the form;
• the carrier delivering the goods;
• an accountant and public authorities where required by law.

Some providers may process data outside the EU; in such cases the transfer is safeguarded in accordance with the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

6. Cookies and local storage

The website does not use marketing or tracking cookies. To remember the chosen language it uses the browser's local storage, which is not used for tracking and is not shared with third parties.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification or erasure, to restriction of processing, to object, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz). You can exercise your rights by e-mail at lukas@gregorlukas.cz.
